Mr. Vengadasalam Nadarajah is a distinguished business leader whose strategic foresight and multi-industry influence have shaped Sri Lanka’s pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, and engineering sectors. He began his career at the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where he gained deep insights into market behavior and healthcare demands; expertise that accelerated his rise through leadership roles.

His impact grew significantly as CEO of Pharma Associates and later as Chairman of several major pharmaceutical enterprises, including Celogen Lanka and Kelun Lifesciences, Sri Lanka’s EU GMP-certified manufacturers. He also chairs Axia, Diyatha Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, and Pharmaestica Lanka, guiding each organization toward operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Beyond pharmaceuticals, his leadership extends to technology and engineering as Chairman of Assidua Technologies. A transformative and ethical leader, Mr. Nadarajah continues to shape industries, strengthen national capabilities, and drive long-term economic progress.

Mr. Nadarajah Rishikumar brings strategic vision, analytical depth, and cross-industry leadership to Assidua Technologies. With a BSc from LSE, an MBA with Distinction from Cambridge Judge Business School, and HMX Pharmacology from Harvard Medical School, he blends business strategy with scientific insight; strengthening Assidua’s multidisciplinary approach.

He began his career at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services before working with global organizations such as the British Antarctic Survey, Native Design, and AzurA. In 2016, he transformed Celogen Lanka into Sri Lanka’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer, leading it to achieve EU GMP certification in 2024.

At Assidua, he guides corporate strategy, innovation, and long-term capability building. His commitment to responsible progress and global standards continues to drive the company’s growth and regional impact.

Mr. Hewa Walgamage Roshan brings over 15 years of financial expertise that has been instrumental to Assidua’s stability and growth. Armed with an MBA in Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University, he has led financial strategy, governance, and performance across a diversified group spanning pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, and real estate.

His journey from Accountant to CFO - shaped through key roles at Pharma Associates and later across companies including Celogen Lanka and Kelun Lifesciences reflects his mastery in building strong financial frameworks and ensuring compliance with global standards. His disciplined, data-driven leadership continues to strengthen Assidua’s financial resilience and supports the group’s expansion into new markets and industries.

Mr. R. Sadishkumar is the visionary behind Assidua Technologies, a company he founded in 2012 and built into one of Sri Lanka’s most trusted names in power and engineering solutions. With over 35 years of industry expertise, he brings technical mastery, strategic clarity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Educated at St. Anthony’s College, Wattala, and trained at the German Technical College in Electrical and Electronics, he established a foundation of precision and problem-solving that defines his leadership. His deep experience in UPS systems, power conditioning, and engineering innovation has shaped Assidua’s reputation for reliability and foresight.
